UK Postage

Orders sent with "Standard Delivery" are sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery on this method.

Orders sent with "Special Delivery" will be sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery and will usually arrive the next day after being shipped before 1PM. They will be insured for up to £500.

I take no responsibility for any parcels that go missing due to the incorrect shipping address being given. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for parcels that are not collected from the sorting office within the time frame given on the Royal Mail website.

Any parcel lost by Royal Mail will be either be refunded or exchanged if a suitable replacement is available. If this is the case then we will contact you to give you the option of how you would like to proceed. 

International Postage

Europe delivery - 3-5 working days - £10

Worldwide delivery - 8-12 working days - £15

We aim to dispatch items on the next working day, and orders placed before 12pm to be dispatched on the same day where possible.

Delivery time after dispatch can be subject to unforeseen delays which we cannot be held accountable for.

As a small independent business we currently lack the resources to accept returns based on sizing or a change of mind. We therefore ask that if you need any additional measurements or information to contact us via Instagram or email. 

All product descriptions will contain measurements such as the Pit to Pit measurement along with further sizing advice.
